At Ascaso, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your home kitchen, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all protective foam and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
